My passion is to create objects of beauty from raw materials. This has been true for most of my life. I have dabbled in various artistic mediums...everything from floral design, textiles & clothing to scrap booking & painting. A few years ago, I became intrigued by the idea that glass beads could be made by the skilled hand of an artist......not in some factory by a machine. I pursued learning this ancient art form and as the saying goes....one thing led to another! I then became interested in glass fusing, designing with Precious Metal Clay, silver-smithing & metal work. I am continually inspired by the beauty that surrounds me in Nature as well as the many wonderful teachers that I have been privileged to learn from. My greatest pleasure though, aside from learning something new, is sharing my work & knowledge with others! Enjoy your visit to my place!

A Note on PMC: Metal clay is a new technology that allows for unlimited creativity. Fire in the form of torch or kiln burns off the organic binders and leaves a work of art in 99.9% pure silver. The finished pieces are burnished with steel tools and a special patina can then be applied. New additions to the metal clay line of products are copper & bronze clay.
